We will only have Zero Rez clean our carpets. Your product is great and your employees are thorough and professional also, they are very nice people. We have had other companies in the past and they never cleaned our carpets like Zerorez.

My carpet was cleaned very well. The only thing was that I was told it would dry within 4-6 hours and it took over 24 hours for it to all dry completely.

Fast and courteous, Jacob explained what he was doing and was very helpful. I’ll be sure to use Zerorez again. The carpets came out a lot better than I thought they would, 3 boys and 3 dogs can really put your carpet to the test, but to my surprise Jacob was able to get all the stains out.
