David was a great technician. He was knowledgeable and personable. He went above and beyond my expectations. I had year-old gel stain that came right out of the carpet which was amazing. A few stains were ingrained in the carpet and wouldn't come out (even with extra stain remover) but I had a feeling that would be the case. I am excited to see the result when the carpets dry. Overall a great experience and I am happy with the results!

Service technician was prompt and very clean. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly and dried in a reasonable amount of time.

We have used Zerorez several times and have been pleased with the results. I was surprised though that the technician did not place our furniture on the styrofoam blocks this time; I prefer to have the furniture on those blocks to avoid any water damage or bleed onto carpet.

I like how nice everything smells when they are done on top of super clean carpets.
