The technician (David) was very polite and clean. Put his booties over shoes and took them off each time he went out to truck. He explained everything that he would do before he began, asked if we had any questions. When he finished he showed photos he took of the ducts before they were cleaned and afterwards. Can't say whether job was good or not, don't know if price was worth it or not, only time will tell.

I highly recommend Zerorez. The technician explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Which was exactly what I was quoted. He did not try to "sell" me anything that I did not want. My house smells wonderful and the carpet looks and feels great. (No sticky stuff leftover like the other guys)

The technician was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He went through the complete list of services that zerorez has. He was very professional and hard working. The duct cleaning made a big difference and we appreciate it.

Our service person, Donna, was friendly and answered all my questions. Our carpets look better (and clean) after Donna finished her work! Our carpets are 8 years old and went through kids and raising a puppy, but they don’t look it after zerorez! When we replace our carpet, I will call again for annual maintenance!
