The products worked well and the gentleman who came to do the service was polite, very knowledgeable and took his time to find out what happened at our house and he explained in detail what he was going to do to treat the carpet and floor. His name is Lance Cain and I can’t say enough about what a great job he did.
Our technician, Mondale, was excellent! He did a walk through prior to beginning the work while explaining everything to us prior to commencing the work. He answered all of our questions. He was very personable and respectful. When he was finished we did a walk through and he did an excellent job. The products used left a nice odor and cleaned the carpets well.

Carpet cleaning is great! No harsh chemicals used and the carpets are not flooded with water. Liked everything done in one visit. After the appointment is made and the costs are estimated, there is only one visit. When they arrive, The cleaners go over everything with you and look to see if anything should be added. Then the cleaning is done and the carpets look like new! Will definitely use them again! Very satisfied.
