The results were amazing. I was prepared for a "better than it was before", BUT it was amazing. I have a 20 year old white berber carpet. Loved the carpet, couldn't find a decent replacement. Carpet had alot of "good" areas but the usual wear spots. I was shocked that the wear spots were all GONE! I had tried for years to improve those areas with carpet foams, peroxide/ baking soda treatments. But the Zerorez results were amazing! and.... I am picky.
I did have a 2 small areas that weren't PERFECT so I just spayed on alittle peroxide and rubbed by hand. I did this a couple of times and the spots were gone. I think the process loosend the dirt or stain whatever it was. Maybe a little pre-treatment residue was left, but that's ok.
I would love to have some of your pre-treatment to use for future spot treatments.
Thank You. I can't remember the name of the man who came but he did a great job and it only took a bit more than an hour. He was very efficient.
One last thing. It's takes longer to really dry than he said. It's berber remember so it really took a couple of days to completely dry in normal humitity. That was fine. I was so happy with the results. I think the areas I rubbed by hand were successful because they were a tiny bit damp. You could walk on the carpet after an hour, but we wanted the best result so we avoided walking on it as much as we could. No shoes of course.
