Efficiency

The technicians were very polite and knowledgeable. The carpets, although original to the house, definitely look much brighter.

Easy scheduling, friendly and considerate staff, quick and efficient duct cleaning. We immediately noticed the difference in our air flow and air quality.

The 2 men were quite good and efficient. The stains of concern were removed nicely. There were a few areas that I wish they had moved furniture to get the corners better. Overall though, they did a very nice job

The 2 service technicians were prompt, professional and courteous. They worked extremely hard to clean my dryer vent, and likely saved my house in the process (it had been many years since the dryer vent was cleaned and it was terribly clogged, so we were a dryer fire waiting to happen!).
