Your service people are very knowledgeable and make suggestions based on your situation as to what products they might utilize. However there is no pressure. Any decisions are up to you. I have used Zerorez for a number of years and am glad I made the change from the other carpet cleaning company I had been using.

I had an awful experience with ZeroRez in 2023. I needed my carpets cleaned after remodeling and decided to give them another try. When scheduling, I asked for their best technician. I was told it was Caitlin. She didn’t disappoint!!! I will stick with ZeroRez as long as she works there! She was beyond kind, understanding, and only cared if I was satisfied! I wish every company had someone as talented as Caitlin! I’ll be using only her going forward! Thank you for the recommendation!
