He came in, was respectful of my facility, made sure that I knew a few spots probably wouldn't come completely out (coffee in a carpet) which I assured him was not my goal, he made the 10 year old carpeting look barely worn, and made my building smell so good! We had duct cleaning and carpet cleaning done in the same day. Scheduling was easy and well coordinated. Josh and Saige came in the morning. They were prompt and polite. They explained everything. Even better, our ducts looked great when they were done.
