This is the second time I used this company. First off it was so easy to get an appointment. I prefer to talk to a person so I call and she was so helpful and nice and the appointment was set up quickly. Then the gentleman that came on time called me first to let me know he was on his way. When he got there he looked at the rooms and showed me the invoice so I was sure of the agreement I made with the appointment. He was also friendly and nice and set up with protection for my non carpet floors and he had a screen cover for the door because he had to have my door open. He also had some kind of plastic corner piece to protect my base boards. The carpet is very clean and looks great. I am very happy and would recommend them for sure

The first time I used Zerorez there was a discrepancy between the quote I received and the actual bill. I went ahead and paid, but lodged a complaint. In short order I received a check in the mail for the $80 discrepancy. I was so impressed with the integrity of the company that I've used Zerorez ever since. Haven't had a problem since. The people doing the cleaning are quick and efficient and always pleasant.
