He took the time and pretreated the carpets and did a wondetrful job.
Your service people are very knowledgeable and make suggestions based on your situation as to what products they might utilize. However there is no pressure. Any decisions are up to you. I have used Zerorez for a number of years and am glad I made the change from the other carpet cleaning company I had been using.
Tech that was out was very pleasant, and thorough. Cleaning was much better than prior company that came out.
