Dain and Ben did a fabulous job on our carpet cleaning ! I had some big grease spots in our hallway which Stanley Steemer could not get out, in fact I actually think they made them worse. Dain got those spots out without much of a problem. I told him if he couldn’t get those grease spots out that I was going to get new carpeting. Thankfully I don’t have to replace it. They were very pleasant and respectful. Never again will I use Stanley Steemer! I’m so very pleased with Zerorez!

Our carpets look great and our technician was amazing

Love that there’s no feeling of residue left on the carpet. And it dried in just a few hours. The pretreating of spots was also excellent. I really didn’t think our carpet could feel so nice again.

Our technician did a great job. He made sure we were satisfied before he left. There were many spots and places in which it still looked dirty. And he went over the requested areas, until we were satisfied. And then asked us again, to look over, and told us he would stay until we were completely satisfied. I think he did the steps two extra times until we were happy with it.

We can't ask for anything more. We were pleased last year, and that's why we used Zerorez again, and we are happy against this year with the job done. And we will use Zerorez next year as well.
