Glenn and Eric were a stellar team for the air duct cleaning service I had on a home my fiancée and I just purchased. They arrived within the expected time window with a 45 minute heads-up call, Glenn took the time to explain the whole process to me, and both he and Eric took great care to keep things tidy in my home during this very dirty job on a hot summer day. They even managed to fix a very large dent in my furnace as part of the process, which was an unexpected bonus! I’m so happy they were my team, and my house feels so much cleaner (the before and after photos were mind boggling). Highly recommend Zerorez in general for air duct cleaning services, but even more importantly I recommend Team Glenn and Eric!

Austin came to our home to clean our carpets, which included greasy stain on one rug. He explained our options and the types of cleaners he uses, so we were very comfortable with our pets safety and getting our rugs clean. He was very patient and thorough in the prepping the area and giving us advice to keep things clean going forward. The carpets look great, and we are extremely happy with Zerorez and Austin.
