I like that I got scheduled within 2 days of calling for service and my carpet looks brand new now. Michael, the zerorez tech was the most pleasant, considerate, hard working man I ever met. I was very impressed with him and his knowledge about all the products and services he was going to be doing. Not sure if my unfinished text was received to zerez if so my apologies ( I am extremely disappointed with zeroez far as after a call from myself in regards having to. Wait. When my. Appointment was from 3 to 5 at 5.00 pm. I am told part of the. Equipment is broke. Knowing it was upon the call on July 2 nd so I call your. Company in regards to my incovience of my waiting so I am offered a discount on the bill for Wes July 3. Now when the. Guy the guy arrives on July 3 I am told the bill is going. To be over 300$$ more then what I expected to pay and was told by zeroez that the bill was going to 286.00 )$. Because of my having to wait now I don’t. Understand. How I end up. Paying more then what I was told by. Zeroz not sure if I will be calling. Zeroz. In the. Future. Totally. Disappointed bad. Customer. Service. First name removed. Last name removed. July 4.

The agent was super friendly and efficient. The carpet smelled good and dried quickly, and I don't have to worry about toxins hurting our dog.

Your company was very upfront about the pricing and went over that before they even started the job. I feel that the carpets are so much cleaner and since I’m moving into a new house, I wanted to feel like things were disinfected. The two young gentlemen who performed the cleaning were timely and courteous, and did a wonderful job!

I knew the mess had made it to the carpet pad. We decided together that we should just attack it with everything you've got, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
