SERVICE!!! Great thoughtful caring

Sage and Eric are very pleasant and professional. I don't know that your electrostatic fogger was effective in our townhouse. I walked into the townhouse twice yesterday waiting a day for it to work with the furnace fan on and one ceiling fan. The first time I felt that I smelled freshness, but the very second time, I smelled odor.

My carpets were almost dry when the service was over. My place smelled amazing, my carpets looked new and. It was fast

I must say that I was surprised by the new policy about NOT moving furniture! I did not want my worker to go around my couch, chair etc do I told him I would help him move the furniture. I hope that this policy goes back to what originally existed.

The technician got out some of the stains

Pretty basic products as far as I could tell - carpet cleaning is carpet cleaning for the most part. The best part of the experience was the tech, Steven (or maybe Stephen). He communicated clearly, set expectations, and when he was finished he was absolutely covered in sweat so I know it was hard work. I really appreciate the meticulous attention to detail and the explanations he gave for every step he was taking. Through his hard work, he made it clear the money I was spending was going to a company providing me with expert service. I appreciate the hard work! We know who to recommend in the future!

Overall carpet came out amazing. Jordan was friendly and professional. We had a cat urine issue and it appears that it has mostly been taken care off. One area still has a bit of a smell and hence the reason I did not give a 10 but it was a significant reduction.
