No harsh chemicals just empowered water. My carpets are old so don’t need additional chemicals to break down the rugs fibers anymore than is already done. Plus I have an older cat that is totally indoors so I don’t need anything harsh getting into her paws as she roams the house.

The technicians, Jeff and Tyler for air ducts and Lance for carpets, we're very kind, thorough and informative.
A note concerning the bacteria fighting additive after the air duct cleaning and before the carpet cleaning, and the protectant after the carpet cleaning...If you have lung issues or are sensitive to fragrances, these may cause sensitivities for the first 48 hours. I have both and even though they are citrus and essential oils based, they affected me until they were totally dry.
