I had a fiber protection and deodorizer added to the process of the carpet cleaning. The entire process of 4 rooms, two hallways and one set of stairs took about 1-1/2 hrs. The carpet was completely dry by the next morning. It was as not sticky or tacky to the touch. The carpet was soft and smelled so fresh. I could not be more pleased. The tech was very professional and explained everything he was about to do. He called me before arriving and was at my home as scheduled. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
