Service was excellent
When I scheduled Zerorez to clean my late uncle's carpet, I was told the zerorez tech would arrive between the hours of 8 am - 11 am on the agreed upon date. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, the tech gave me a courtesy call and said he was about 30 minutes away. I appreciated that. He arrived promptly and was very respectful. He got right to work. The carpet was HEAVILY soiled in some areas. I wasn't expecting much. The carpets look way cleaner and the heavily soiled areas I mentioned are either lightened up considerably or gone. I would not hesitate to use zerorez in my home for my next carpet cleaning.
