The guys were very nice. Suggestions:
1. Workers should wear shoe booties
2. Move all furniture moved back to where it was.
3. Use some kind of shield/tarp/plastic to catch dirt and under drill sites. I had a big cleanup afterwards.
These things were not the guys fault. This is Zerorez procedures that should be in place.
He was very nice and did his job perfectly. I would have him back when my rugs need cleaned again
Thaddeus was fantastic!! He can to do my parents carpets for the holidays. He treated all the stains, extracted most of the liquid so the areas were dry in no time! They look great and he was very personable! Will definitely ask for him next time!

Making an appointment was easy. The cleaning method used removed any stains.
Austin was great and did a very good job! We know we had some bad stains and they looked they were completely gone when carpet was complete but now that everything is completely dry we are starting to see them again. Not nearly as bad as they were but we thought they were gone for good!
David was excellent- provided great customer service and got right to work. We were having a crisis with a sick dog the day he came and had to rush to the vet as he finished up so did not have a chance to discuss anything with him. definitely will use ZeroRez in future.
Both workers that came to my residence were phenomenal ! Their knowledge about Duct/Vent cleaning made me and my family feel more at ease once they elaborated on the ins and outs of air purity inside homes. I would definately have them come out and do my other residences that I own! They work fast and answer questions while they worked.
