Rachael, Randy and the team of cleaners at Zerorez Pittsburgh, take care of their clients beyond measure. I got a call that I put in a 4/10 (I didn't, don't know how it happened)

Over the years, We have had multiple techs clean our property. Whether the results were good or not so good, Zerorez always checks back in on their work. I have to say I personally like the way Rachael Manages her team. Her team respects her and holds her to a high regard. ANYONE whos given the level of verbal respect she is given time and time again- is a saint in my book.
I would hire her myself but I don't know how many times she's told me carpet stories with the BIGGEST smile on her face- I think she loves it there. Lucky to have her, lucky to have your team who services commercial properties. If I were the owner of this company, I would take a moment to give credit where credit is due. Cheers! 10 stars!

Technician was the best.

The person who cleaned our rugs made a very positive impression on us. Apparently your company company hires the right people. The gentleman who cleaned our rugs displayed superior inter personnel social and communication skills. Your company is lucky to have this individual represent your business.

My carpets seemed really clean and smelled fresh. I wish I had been told before the gentleman arrived that the furniture wouldn't be moved. I moved some of the furniture after his arrival, l but would have liked him to clean under another piece of furniture that wasn't moved.

My carpet looks amazing. All of the spots and stains, which was caused from people’s shoes and my pet dog over several years was removed I was very surprised and pleased how Zerorez Also the person that came was very polite and respectful. I would recommend this company over all the others which I had clean my carpets in the past.

It was easy to book the appointment online. When I needed to make changes to my appointment, it was easy to call Zerorez and make those changes and have an immediate quote. The quote I was given on the phone is the cost of the services at the time of appointment, as well. Micah, the technician, was on time, friendly and professional. Micah was knowledgeable on the products Zerorez offers and helped come up with a plan that worked best for my home and lifestyle. My family is looking forward to additional, regular cleanings with Micah.

Getting a quote was fast, easy, and straight forward and most importantly, correct!
The tech who came to our house was friendly, helpful, quick, and thorough! He was able to problem solve when removing our vents proved to be difficult and would damage our wallpaper, so he taped over them.
