The Representatives were very friendly and profession. They took care with my facilities and made sure that no damage occurred with any of the vent covers and furnace. They explained thoroughly how the whole process worked before beginning so I would understand. I was very satisfied with Zerorez service and also with their service crew.

Very prompt and excellent service
We have used Zerorez many times and the technicians and service was superior. The explained the process and completed the cleaning quickly.
The only negative I have is that furniture is no longer moved. This was not the case years ago when we first started using Zerorez. As I am now in my 70's it is difficult to move the larger furniture.

Zerorez showed up om time. The technician was very polite and courteous and did a excellent job on my carpets. He also offered an deodorizer which he applied and I was very satisfied with the completed job. My carrpets were dry in about three hours. I have used Zerorez previously and they have always done a great job.
Efficient service but your coupons may be approaching bait and switch(hidden service fee, oversized room charges, steps vs hallways should be the same. They take the same amount of time. I’m also wary of upsell attempts while the work is ongoing.
