The people at Zerorez are always great - they always give a courtesy call of 20 minutes or more and are so nice when they arrive.

Dain and Ben did a fabulous job on our carpet cleaning ! I had some big grease spots in our hallway which Stanley Steemer could not get out, in fact I actually think they made them worse. Dain got those spots out without much of a problem. I told him if he couldn’t get those grease spots out that I was going to get new carpeting. Thankfully I don’t have to replace it. They were very pleasant and respectful. Never again will I use Stanley Steemer! I’m so very pleased with Zerorez!

Our carpets look great and our technician was amazing

Love that there’s no feeling of residue left on the carpet. And it dried in just a few hours. The pretreating of spots was also excellent. I really didn’t think our carpet could feel so nice again.
