Jon Jackson called before his arrival. He was right on time, was very personable and explained the process in detail. He was respectful of my elderly mom and of her furniture and draperies. We loved the pretreatment with the fruit rind essence. I would highly recommend Jon to anyone, as well as the Zerorez service.

Just got to view the end product today, and I was very pleased! The vinyl tile has seen a lot of abuse & water damage, I wasn't sure it could be cleaned up but the technician did a great job. Many stains were removed and the floor actually looks clean! He spent the whole day working and was polite and respectful. Thank you for the great work.
