The service was wonderful. Our tech was punctual, friendly and professional. We were very please with him and how thorough he was. Our carpets looked great.

The only problem we encountered was at the time of payment. We were told Zerorez does not accept cash. I have a problem with any company/entity that will not accept cash as a form of payment!!!! It has been my practice that I will not do business with anyone that does not accept cash.

Technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. My carpets look noticeably cleaner when you leave. I’m disappointed that there is no more area rug in home service. I understand some were unhappy with how they dried but I never was! Let me still give you my money for that in home service 🙏🏼

The men that came and cleaned the air ducts. Took a little over an hour and also I had my dryer duct cleaned. They did a great job for me. When it’s time to clean them again I’ll call. And have Zerorez clean them.

Had a great gentleman come do my carpets and couch. He was very respectful of my and my home, helped me to understand that I'm just like every other customer with my needs, and really took the time to be careful with what he did and explain everything to me and follow up care. I will always use ZeroRez and even suggested them to a friend that had her carpets cleaned too!
