The best part was the technician, Dain! He was very professional and knowledgeable about Zerorez products and service. He was very thorough while cleaning my carpets and did go back over spots he thought were not clean enough without my asking. He kept the rest of my house clean and he was careful with my hardwood floors not to drip any liquid on them. Dain was super nice and very personable. I was totally at ease and very pleased with the entire process!

I have never used your service before and found it very customer friendly. From the first phone call to learn of your service and get a quote to the fellow that did the work very customer focused (I'm a retired sales guy and value customer service). The cleaner fellow did great work and no harsh chemical odors from your process. The carpet looks great!
