The guy we had went beyond an did a great job

We had our air ducts, gameroom carpet, and steps cleaned. We had 2 different teams show up on back to back days. The professionalism, customer service, transparent communication and respect for property was outstanding. I appreciated the step by step walk through of what to expect during treatment and after. Seeing the before, during, and after photos was eye opening as well.

David & Javon were the team who did the air duct cleaning. They were both super friendly and personable and answered any questions I had, including about my upcoming carpet cleaning. David gave me advice on what to expect the first couple days post cleaning.

Anthony was the tech who cleaned my carpets. He was very friendly, gave me some advice based on my giving history of the carpet, and provided details about what to expect.

The difference in the air quality in the house was noticeable within the first hour after treatment and the fresh clean smell of the carpet makes it look new.

Our technician Justin goes above and beyond. My husband is disabled and I just had major abdominal surgery, Justin was respectful and understanding Even though he had problems with his equipment he did a fantastic job and made sure the job was done to our expectations. We have used Zerorez four times and have always had exceptional work done on our 30+ year old white carpeting. Thanks Zerorez!!
