Two guys were very friendly and gave a good explanation of the process. There was really no mess when the work was completed. They also cleaned dryer vent and I could hear what sounded like a clog, clear.

The tech was very nice and professional, the product really did a nice job on our bedroom carpets that have been down for a long time. It seemed to dry quickly and the nap in the carpet was nicly raised to give it a fresh clean look.

Smells great and looks better

Steve did a great job cleaning, was very professional and very communicative (prior to arrival and during the clean).
