The guys were very nice. Suggestions:
1. Workers should wear shoe booties
2. Move all furniture moved back to where it was.
3. Use some kind of shield/tarp/plastic to catch dirt and under drill sites. I had a big cleanup afterwards.
These things were not the guys fault. This is Zerorez procedures that should be in place.
He was very nice and did his job perfectly. I would have him back when my rugs need cleaned again
Thaddeus was fantastic!! He can to do my parents carpets for the holidays. He treated all the stains, extracted most of the liquid so the areas were dry in no time! They look great and he was very personable! Will definitely ask for him next time!
