I was so pleasantly surprised how easy this process really was....and it doesn't take very long. House smelled fresher and now we have so little dust flying around, This was the first time we had done this with any company. The 2 gentlemen who came for Zerorez were SO informative about what would be done, very friendly and professional, They really explained the entire process from start to finish, so we would know how they work, what the products do, and as a bonus related other processes we could buy to enhance our home. Gave us alot to think about for future. I was very impressed with how these workers cared about our home....with the snow they even asked about coming in with shoes on. They asked several times if we had any questions during the process. WOW !!!! ....finding excellent customer service today is a rarity, but these workers rocked it!!! and the products used were awesome and the entire process was painless. Great experience.

First of all, your customer support group is awesome! Not only were they helpful, I appreciated the reminders and correspondence via email and/or text. The employees who came out were exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and they did a fantastic job of cleaning my rugs/carpets.

First, they are the only company that returned my call, and they returned it promptly. Every single person I spoke to was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They were willing to work with us on an 'accelerated' pickup time (I called that morning to see if they could pick the rug up before noon - they made it happen and were even early!) I haven't gotten my rug back yet, but I'm certain it will look 100 times better. I will definitely use their service again.
