Professional, they perform their services in a timely fashion. Luke, the guy who cleaned our carpets was very efficient and friendly. Customer service is outstanding. Dain did a fantastic job. Was patient as I moved things around so he could clean about 95% of my carpets. Very pleasant. Tolerated my dog barking much of the time. The carpets look great and smell good, too. No chemical odor. He did a great job on my couch and two chairs, too.
