Careful cleaning and coverage of all carpeted surfaces. The young man was systematic in his work and answered any questions I had to my satisfaction. He engaged with me in a friendly, but professional manner. We were very satisfied with the results.

My only comment is that your ad said three rooms for $129 and I only have two connecting rooms and my short hall and steps would have been extra.
