It's actually pretty simple, and sort of rare these days. I have an appointment scheduled. I get there reasonably early enough (10-20 minutes or so).. I check in, fill out paperwork, etc. Get called in within a reasonable amount of time from the appointment time (5 minutes or so). No get here early, wait an hour after the scheduled appointment, etc. That's important. Then everyone else is a pleasure to deal with, from the front desk to everyone in the back. It's always been a pleasure (outside of the fact that its ortho.. which is not usually pleasant for the patient because its generally painful :) )...
