Prompt replies! Everyone was so helpful getting me an appointment when I needed it. My accident was obviously not planned, and we needed to determine the severity of the injury relatively quickly. They were able to get me plugged into their Rehab facility where they too have been amazing at helping me regain what used to be “normal”. I always recommend JOI!!!

Staff great, Dr. Crenshaw was very understanding and explained treatments liked him a lot.
All of the people we met (at least 6 of them)were friendly and helpful making for a very relaxed
meeting with the doctor. The xray tech was particularly thoughtful in dealing with this
anxious elderly woman going through the xray process.
How can I describe the meeting with the doctor? (Pujadas) he is such a dear friendly and
positive person. I feel so confident that my surgery will be successful. I feel that I am
good hands with him (He operated on my other shoulder in 2021)
