Dr. Crenshaw was absolutely wonderful. He came into my appointment fully prepared, having already reviewed all of my MRIs and X-rays, which immediately gave me confidence in his care. He took the time to explain everything about my knee and what to expect with surgery in a very clear and honest way. I never felt rushed, and he answered all of my questions with patience and compassion. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both this thorough and genuinely caring. I feel very comfortable moving forward under his care.

Appointment scheduled quickly. Their office was able to retrieve all my testings from ER visit from another hospital - saving me the time. Dr. E was on time for appointment and very informative and took the time to answer all questions. Staff was very personable and gentle. Have always been greatly pleased with my care at JOI.
I was in a lot of pain and finally decided to call JOI in Fernandina. Within a week, I saw Dr. Smith, got an MRI and back at his office for results. Never had such quick results.

Dr, Gregory Smith is outstanding! Also the techs and nurses are great as well. My wife and I are always treated very professionally and kind. Dr.Smith is always willing to listen to any issues we're having physically. He is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. We couldn't ask for better!

Dr Hastings and the staff are great. Necessary diagnostic tools are on site with x-rays and quick turnaround to the doctor.
