Professional, compassionate, high quality of care
First of all, promptness; I did not have to sit around waiting. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Perry, I like him and I am hard to please. He explained everything, showing me my MRI. He gave me options on what could be done. It was my choice. He accommodated me on location for surgery. The staff returns calls quickly and know what they are talking about. Oh, I was an emergency patient, and they squeezed me in on a very busy day! I highly recommend Dr. Perry!

The JOI staf was so welcoming and professional not only to me but to all the clients I saw them interact with. Several were even greeted by name.
