First I was able to get an appointment in a short number of days, second the paperwork online was easy to complete, third the receptionist was very nice and efficient with the checkin, fourth the X-ray technician and nurse were very efficient and capable. Lastly, Dr Hastings has a very friendly and understanding approach to assessing the issue and providing a course of treatment.
Dr Hastings should teach a class in how to deal with a patient. This is my second medical problem he has helped me with and I believe he is one of the best.
I highly recommend JOI for orthopedic treatment.

The staff was very professional and very courteous. Dr. Crenshaw listened to my concerns and explained what would happen if we had surgery and the best treatment plan for my situation.

There was no wait time . I was called back shortly after I signed in. The representative that signed me in was very nice, and patiently assisted me with using the pad used to sign in. The nurse was present. The doctor was pleasant, and explained to me what my medical X-rays showed, and what measures medically could be done to improve my condition.
