Dr Kaplan has a great bed side manner and is very knowledgeable. The staff got us in right on time.
Great staff nurses and Dr wonderful and very knowledgeable. Im just not sure I will get to come back. My insurance doesn't cover much and I have no funds. Great establishment!
Efficient check in and out, the cleanliness of the facility and pleasant staff are appreciated. Of course I could not give Dr. Steinberg too many accolades for my thumb surgery which has so greatly enhanced my life. The ability to have x-rays taken at JOI directly before seeing the physician and my trust in his skills enable me to feel that I am getting the best possible care.
