Dr. Frykberg and his MA Erin are the A Team! I appreciate them fitting me in early in the morning. They answered all of my many questions and then some. Very professional and helpful. They got the insurance approval I needed for a shot in the problem joint and called the very next day to schedule the procedure.

First and foremost, I like the qualified team of professionals working at JOI. The check in staff can be a bit off-putting - but, from the moment I was called to see Dr. C I felt acknowledged. Dr. C was, once again, listening to me and I appreciate that so very much.

Quick, efficient, friendly staff
Great doctors. I've seen Madden, Kaplin, Kitay, and Savarese over the course of several years.
Dr Madden and Dr Kaplin tried different approaches to an issue with my hands. Those attempts didn't pan out as hoped, but the doctors efforts were sincere and in my best interest.
Dr Kitay approached the issue from a soft tissue perspective and it improved significantly.
Recently Dr Savarese assisted greatly with an issue involving my hip. He was most impressive in his manner and approach. I enjoyed meeting him very much.
Most likely, the quality of J.O.I. doctors is the primary reason for the only complaint I would even consider mentioning. It takes a long time to get an appointment. ;>)
