The folks in the office are very pleasant and efficient. The doctors are the same but listening is just as important. Dr. Hastings did not want to listen to me when I told him my left leg is shorter than the right, it has been that way since high school and I am 54. He told me it was the opposite. I know which leg is longer, my injury just masks it.
I was treated very well . I had been there many years before and liked how I was treated that is why I was a returning patient.

Every staff member that I had an interaction with treated me with the upmost respect and courtesy. From checking in to the nurses when I was back in the exam room just coming by and checking on me. That was a new experience for me. Anywhere else you’re just left for dead when you’re out in the exam room waiting on the doctor. I was completely shocked! Everyone was so amazing and I can’t thank them enough. Dr. Steinberg was amazing as well. Well done JOI!

I was greeted in a friendly manner. Easy access. Short wait time. The x-ray Tech was AWESOME and the PA did a thorough exam and explained everything to me. My family has used Southeast Ortho in the past.. HUGE difference. I was impressed.
Great doctor and very thorough
Flexible scheduling and very quick taking X-rays and being seen by doctor. Total visit from time I entered exam room was less than 1/2 hour. My eye doctor always takes twice as long.
