The people know what they're doing. They do it fast. The doctors are very knowledgeable they take their time.
Dr. Gould is wonderful, as usual. He's competent, friendly, professional and helpful. He explained everything. His staff, and the front office staff were great. They man in the office giving out the equipment (I got a Hapad) was very helpful as well.
My only issue is that I cannot access the patient portal. I tried to sign on, but since I already have an account through Southeastern Orthopedic,(Orthopedic Associates of St. Augustine) that's what it defaults to. It does not give me the option of choosing any other location or doctor.
