Expedient is the best word. Maybe I just lucked out and hit it at the right moment but I was a new patient and I was checked in, called in, x-rayed, seen by the doctor and given a treatment plan in approximately 30 mins. I also have to mention that it was refreshing to be thanked for filling out all new patient forms online.

The whole process was so professional and efficient. Fortunately I had done the paperwork on my computer a few days earlier...that took awhile. But at the physician's office all ran quickly and smoothly and I was seen even earlier that my appointment time.

FAST AND EASY
My visit with Dr Frykberg allowed me plenty of time to discuss my symptoms. Carefully reviewed X-rays with me. Explained findings, diagnosis and treatment plan. Offered injection that I was seeking at this visit.
Visit was efficient and follow up visit scheduled.

Dr Whitaker is phenomenal!! He came highly recommended by a friend of mine who is a nurse & has had 2 very successful knee surgeries!!

Everything was explained clearly rather than in medical tech speak. Doctor answered all our questions and fully explained the plan of action to correct problems. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Check in was VERY SLOW, but the staff and doctor was great!!
Great listener as well as surgeon! When he walks in the room, he’s done his homework on not only what you are currently being seen for, but asks how I’m doing on problems I’ve seen him for in the past. I appreciate that!
