Your wait time in the lobby isn't long and once you get in the room the nurse is doing what she needs to get you ready for the doctor to come in. And everyone is friendly and listen to what you have to say. And when the doctor comes in he gets right down to get what we need done and will answer your question about the reason your here and the treatment and allows you to make the decision if this is what you want done.

Dr. Tandron and his staff are the best. He has been my doctor for 7 years. I wouldn't see anyone else for my knees. Dr. Tandron and all of his staff take time with you and never rush you through. Making sure you are always involved in your treatment plan and that you understand everything that this going on.

Check in was easy! I didn’t have to wait very long to see Dr. Echegaray! The nurses/ assistants were very nice as well as Russ who put my splint on! Also, the sweet assistant that took my x-rays was great! Parking was easy, too! Great overall experience!
