I went with my wife for her appointment and during the procedure I asked Dr Von thrown about shoulder pain I was having. He immediately registered me for an appointment, took an X-Ray and treated my pain.
From the lady who picked up the phone in scheduling to the front office and the PA we saw, it was an amazing experience. I was so impressed with how efficient and caring everyone I encountered on that day was. It was a Friday and my son had a broken hand I was trying to find someone to put in a cast. Nemours told me the earliest appointment they have is Tuesday. I called JOI and they worked with me, saw him the same day and got the cast on while being very pleasant and helpful. Great experience all around. Highly recommend this place.
