James was very friendly and did a good job explaining the process of the testing, giving recommendations for improvements on air-sealing etc. Overall had a good experience with the team.
It was pretty easy and smooth for me to have this Home Energy Assessment services from AmeriSpec.
Marc's customer service was fantastic. he was in the area and added our appointment last minute. He was very informative and took the time to answer all of my questions.
