The scheduling process is efficient. It is hard to rate service because I have never worked with this type of service before. I have nothing to compare it to. I can say that the office administrator, Maureen, was most helpful and responsive. The assessor, Amanda, conducted herself in a professional manner.

The technicians that did the inspection were thorough and took the time to explain what they were doing. They also provided clear and detailed instructions for what we needed to do to qualify for the home energy rebates and loans. That was very helpful as the process can be confusing.

The heat pump was installed in December but not hooked up electrically. I had to call Amerispec in early January and they were unaware that the electricity
had not been hooked up to the unit. When the electrician arrived to do the hook-up he was very rude and short tempered. Amerispec was supposed to leave forms with me to give to Efficiency Nova Scotia but I did not receive any forms. They did not send the required forms to Efficiency Nova Scotia until June 30th.

Dave checked the main level throughout, testing washer, dryer, jetted tub and all power outlets. And more. The inspection continued to the rec room looking for any damp or previous water damage and more. Then on to the outdoors including roof, brick condition and garage. My home was given a clean bill of house. This inspection provided a great peace of mind for me in my new house and city. Thank you.
