L'inspecteur, Dany Dumont, License #22032, était ultra professionnel. Il a pris tout le temps qu'il fallait pour bien nous informer et expliquer en détail chaque étape de la procédure d'inspection, ainsi que les explications nécessaires sur tout ce qui est technique, sur la structure du bâtiment, le pourquoi de ses recommandations. Il avait la maitrise de son activité et je me sentais en confiance, car il m'expliquait à chaque niveau ce qui était aussi recommandé par la code du bâtiment afin d'être en conformité avec lorsque viendra le temps des réparations, améliorations et entretiens.

After inspection report needs to be done in 24 hours. Inspection happened on Friday, today is Monday I still cannot receive the report.

The Ameri spec representative, appeared to make a very thorough inspection of the home and the written report, which was quite thorough. What I was most impressed with was the time that he took to point out and show me the issues that he was talking about. This really helped me understand the written report when I received it. The inspector was very professional and did a thorough job. I thought it was just going to be a few walks through the house but it took him about an hour to complete.
