Dans la majorité des cas on me conseille de faire vérifier par un experts comme plombier, électricien, maçon. La majorité des compagnies offre des estimations gratuites, donc si je me fait accompagner de ces experts lors de la visite initiales, je n'aurais pas besoin de payer pour une inspection et mon offre serais basé sur les estimations reçues.

Tout au long de l'inspection, nous avons eu des explications et des trucs pour régler les problèmes mineurs qui étaient constatés sur la maison. Aucune dramatisation exagérée. Nous avons énormément apprécié l'expérience avec cette compagnie!
As first time home buyers we were going in blind and buys a home with a septic, wood burning fire place and well. Jason was able to inspect all of the above and was very thorough. He took the time to walk us through each room pointing out everything from broken tiles, rotting wood to unsafe electrical work. He was open to answering all of our questions and wanted to ensure we felt comfortable running our new home. He provided reminders about when to have things like the fire place and furnace checked and provided time lines for replacing old equipment. Can’t recommend Jason and AmeriSpec enough!

The inspector was promp, polite and very knowledgeable. He explained the various aspects of the inspection when asked. The inspection did not take that long so it was completed efficiently and with care.
