En fait, je ne veux pas critiquer l'inspecteur qui a fait l'inspection; je suis certaine qu'il est compétent mais il était vraiment trop strict pour ne pas déborder de son plan de travail. Lorsqu'on fait inspecter un condo on s'entend que c'est rien à comparer à une maison et au prix que cela coûte pour une maison vs un condo l'inspecteur devrait être un peu plus "ouvert" à donner verbalement des commentaires sur l'extérieur, par exemple, ou sur le locker extérieur qui appartient au condo et dont l'accès donnait sur la terrasse privative. Ce locker est annexé au condo est appartient au condo seulement. Toutes les fois où j'ai fait inspecter un condo l'inspecteur m'a toujours donné verbalement ses commentaires sur ce qu'il voyait qui aurait nécessité une attention. J'ai eu le privilège de recevoir "gratuitement" l'inspection de la terrasse et il l'a mentionné pratiquement en roulant des yeux. Il est à noter que la terrasse est totalement neuve et en excellent état. J'aurais aimé qu'il prenne 2 minutes pour entrer dans le locker et qu'il commente verbalement en me donnant quelques conseils d'autant plus que l'achat de ce condo est pour ma fille et son ex-mari. Je vais continuer à faire affaire avec Amérispec mais je vais demander à éviter l'inspecteur que l'on m'a attribué.

Under the snowy circumstances, the inspection went quite well. All my questions were answered and he helped with my insurance questionnaire, both at the end of the inspection, and also the next day when my agent asked a few questions. The report arrived in good time as well since we only had the next day to fulfill the condition.
