I found the inspectors to be friendly and it was easy to ask them questions about things. They were thorough and did a walk-through with me at the end to explain anything that they would note in their inspection that needed to be addressed. They were able to provide me a report within 24 hours, to ensure I could meet the timing of conditions.

Both David and Rick were extremely thorough during the inspection we had the other day. We needed both a home and septic inspection, and they spent over 3 hours going through everything in detail. They took the time to explain things clearly and made sure we understood every part of the process. On top of that, they were great to be around, very personable and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend their services!
