He was on time, easily reached, and I would strongly recommend him as an advisor and by default and Amerispec. It was a painless and informative experience.

Reg was open, honest, and answered all of our questions. The report was very detailed, helpful and included pictures which was a bonus.

Inspecteur très sympathique mais certaines de ses recommandations n'étaient pas justifiées.

David was a true professional with a ton of knowledge when it comes to homes. His effective communication style allowed for my wife and I to easily comprehend the information David had for us, and allowed for great client/inspector interaction. We certainly recommend David to anyone in a similar situation, and would absolutely use him in the future again ourselves.
