The Amerispec staff were patient, understanding and explained everything. They were helpful and respectful. I felt the staff were knowledgeable and eager to help in whatever way they could. Nothing was rushed and I felt valued as a customer.
Don was excellent. We really appreciated how long he was willing to spend with us and how involved he allowed us to be. He invited us over to every spot and explained what we was looking for. He spent plenty of time over our agreed upon time to answer questions. We ended up buying the home!
