Pre inspection information was thorough, accurate and helpful. The agent was on time, prepared and knowledgeable. The inspection and report were handled in a professional manner.
The team member we dealt with, Don, was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the inspection. He took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns, no matter how silly they were. He climbed into the attic, put a ladder up in order to view the roof, and shone a flashlight into every nook and cranny in the laundry room corners looking for issues. He was very thorough! With all of his high tech tools, my favourite was the ability to look behind the walls looking for any type of water issues. He allowed us to watch his every step. So amazing. I highly recommend Don at AmeriSpec for all of your inspection needs. You won't be disappointed. We were very happy with everything.

Andrew is always very thorough and extremely clean. He always explains what he is doing and why he is approaching a task a certain way. He is quick to solve problems such as a tricky attic entry or deep snow blocking access! His reports arrive quickly and are very easy to understand! 10 stars!

En tant que courtier immobilier , nous sommes occuper et 3h pour une inspection c'est très long. Nous travaillons avec des inspecteurs qui font un excellent travail comme votre inspecteur que j'ai rencontrer, cependant ça prend beaucoup moins de temps donc pour mes horaires charger je trouve que c'est plus simple. Mais celui que j'ai rencontrer expliquais bien, juste que je ne veux jamais arriver en retard à mes rendez-vous.
